I always endeavour to arrange the first session within a few days of our initial discussion. Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £40.00. If you book a course of 6 or 12 sessions, there is a discounted rate.
We will have an initial chat at no cost to you and this will be approximately 30 minutes. This should enable you to decide whether you are comfortable about proceeding.
