The Process…What Happens?
Counselling is a quest for personal truth and perspective, enabling the client to have the will and the wish to achieve what they want out of life. My aim is to show people that we are all creators of our own experience. At times we need to follow a new path or we are simply exhausted and overcome by life-events. Counselling or Life-Coaching or a combination of both can work just as well on the telephone or face-to-face. When travelling is difficult and time-consuming, it helps enormously to have a professional and prompt listening ear, reflecting back our experiences and viewpoints, and enabling us to see matters more clearly. The process can often give us a fresh slant on life that transforms our experiences in the future and improves the quality of our lives.

Life -Coaching is a pro-active process where I work on short, medium and long-term goals for the client. This will improve career paths and also personal goals. Physical health will be considered as well as the client gaining more meaning out of their lives. We will also consider whether certain goals can be realistically achieved within a certain time frame, or whether they need to be left until further into the future.
